Reiko will guide through the health benefits of Japanese food as well as the importance of food presentation, while Made In Japan will briefly lead through the Japanese pottery and their personal favourites! The talk will be followed by Q&A session.

17 years ago, Reiko Hashimoto set up Hashi Cooking, becoming the first person in the UK to teach the art of sushi. Today, she has set thousands of students on the path to creative and accessible Japanese cooking, coaching a range of talent from raw beginners to professional chefs.
She has published two successful cookbooks ‘Hashi, A Japanese Cookery Course’ in 2011 and ‘Cook Japan, Stay Slim, Live Longer’ in 2017. Reiko’s third cookbook ‘Japan, The World Vegetarian’ will be published this spring. Reiko offers a wide range of cooking classes and courses, bespoke private events as well as staff and chef training and consultancy to private chefs, hoteliers and restaurateurs worldwide.
